Whitehorse Start-Up Series - Participant Expression of Interest

Council understands that small business is the backbone of our economy and is committed to supporting the passionate and hardworking people who take the plunge into running their own business. 

We are excited to invite intenders and new business owners to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in a workshop series designed specifically for small business start-ups. 

The workshop series helps entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of starting and growing a small business by offering valuable insights, practical tools like goal setting, and opportunities to build meaningful connections in a competitive market

Key Information

Exact dates will be confirmed once a facilitator is matched with the current needs of applicants. 

Places are strictly limited and an expression of interest process will take place. Commitment is required for the entire series (3 sessions - dates to be announced shortly) with a participant investment of $100.

Location: Whitehorse Civic Centre, Nunawading

How to Apply

Eligibility: We are seeking entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of their start-up journey or those who are planning to launch a new business within the next 6-12 months. The workshops are designed for businesses across all industries.

Selection Criteria: Applications will be assessed based on:
Stage of business (early-stage start-ups preferred)

  • Alignment of the business idea with the workshop topics
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to applying learnings to your business
